Johnny found a niche writing and singing about the darker sides of his life which Pisces and Scorpio understand so well. Songs like Folsom Prison Blues, Delia’s Gone, The Beast in Me , and Hurt, deal with prison, addictions, murder, emotional and psychological pain, and–eventually–redemption. The Beast in Me is quite possibly the musical acme of a Pisces Sun/Scorpio Moon.
