The Sun enters Capricorn today, Dec 21, and stays through January 19, 2026. Highlights of Capricorn Season are the Full Moon in Cancer on January 3rd and the New Moon on January 18th. Capricorn energy is reserved but ambitious, practical, and reliable. The earth signs are slow to accept or embrace change. Even mutable Virgo sees no reason to change what is already perfect. Change is inevitable, though, and Capricorn must accept the zigs and zags that lead to the summit of their personal mountain.
Saturn, the taskmaster and Capricorn’s ruler, is slowly moving out of Pisces and into a closer connection to Neptune, the master illusionist and dream-maker. Saturn in not especially comfortable in this environment, but one must endure, mustn’t one? Actually, Saturn can always use a little Neptune and vice versa. The question is, what comes out of this merger? Divine structure or a swarm of sea monsters?
