Happy New Year! 🥂✨🌚🌒🌓🌔🌝🌖🌗🌘🌛✨🥂🍾 Merry, Merry Christmas, everyone! The Moon enters Pisces tonight (24th) to bring us a blessed Christmas Eve. Her first encounter is with Venus, now in Capricorn. The Pisces/Capricorn coupling is a good reminder that our world is neither completely materialistic nor completely spiritual, but a wondrous blending of both. Luna has excellent contacts with both the Sun and Mars on the 25th who seem to be celebrating the season in a boisterous, yet still dignified, way. The Moon's gentle presence in Pisces keeps everyone attuned to and supportive of each other. She departs Pisces on the 26th after graciously greeting Jupiter and Saturn. Mercury snaps at her from Sagittarius, but maybe he's just joking so she'll let it go. All in all, the Moon has a pleasant journey through Pisces. She sends her very best to everyone in a whispered "Peace on Earth." Moon in Aquarius has been very quiet. Today (the 23rd) she is in harmonious aspect to Mercury. Even though she's laying low, she still has the potential for some really great ideas. Put your thinking cap on, the universe is with you. Right before she leaves Aquarius for Pisces on the 24th, she has an awkward encounter with her ruler, Uranus, lord of surprises. It's one of those "look both ways before crossing" moments. Stay alert. The Sun enters Capricorn today, Dec 21, and stays through January 19, 2026. Highlights of Capricorn Season are the Full Moon in Cancer on January 3rd and the New Moon on January 18th. Capricorn energy is reserved but ambitious, practical, and reliable. The earth signs are slow to accept or embrace change. Even mutable Virgo sees no reason to change what is already perfect. Change is inevitable, though, and Capricorn must accept the zigs and zags that lead to the summit of their personal mountain. Happy Winter Solstice, Everyone! The Capricorn Moon arrives right around midnight (12/19) and stays with us through the morning of the 22nd. She has a big weekend ahead of her. She spends the 20th arm in arm with Mars. This might seem a volatile pairing at first, but Mars excels in Capricorn in the best of ways. Having an emotional support goddess like Lady Luna with him could be a good thing. He can benefit from a bit of the feminine touch, right? Sunday morning, this unlikely pair will be joined by the Sun and everything is smooth sailing as we begin the winter season. Mars, the Moon, and the Sun are waving from Capricorn's rocky terrain, "Happy Solstice, everyone. Come on in!"
