As I write this, we are moving toward the New Moon/Solar Eclipse in Capricorn. There’s a super aspect involved in the whole New Moon/Eclipse constellation that might be helpful as we enter eclipse territory. That aspect is Sun trine Uranus.
Daywatch Transit Calendar describes this aspect as:
09:46 pm (EST) Moon Trine Uranus
This is a great day for bounding into unexplored territory, and you will find others are doing the same. Inventiveness and originality are favored, as are projects and personal involvements which partake of them. If you haven’t tried it, now’s the time, whatever “it” may be. Open your eyes, listen up, try a taste. ~ Daywatch Transit Calendar

Those all seem weird to us in the beginning (~ and maybe a lot of fun!). “Weird” is different for everyone. I grew up hearing about how weird I was. Heard it too much, maybe. I felt normal to me, you know?
How do you define weird?
So if you took all the stodgy, grounded, goal-oriented qualities of Capricorn and threw in those scary words ~ with a solar eclipse, no less ~ what might that do to your world?
Think of the tarot Fool in charge of a board meeting. Interesting concept, huh?
But also think of the freedom it would bring.
Weird? Yes!
Life altering? Possibly.
Maybe this will ease some eclipse anxiety, if you experience it. I uploaded my journaling page for today just in case you’d like to make some notes for yourself. Get it here.

Perfect post! Sun sign Capricorn here, born with Uranus on my ascendant! Since my teenage years I have always dressed in vintage clothes sourced from thrift stores, weird yet traditional. This exciting eclipse happens right on my Sun in the 4th house, and I am going to spend the evening sitting in meditation, thanking my undoubtedly weird ancestors. Holiday blessings to you!
Glad to hear that you will be visiting with some historical weirdos. 🙂 I may search out a few of my own.
