Moon in Aquarius, 8/2-4; Full Moon 8/3

Full Moon in Aquarius, August 3, 2020 at 11:59 am ET. Full Phase through August 7th.

The Aquarius Moon arrives today, 8/2/20, at 2:11 pm ET and will stay through August 4th. Are you ready for a rock-em, sock-em Full Moon? Aquarius is sure to deliver. Our water-bearing Luna makes no aspects to other planets today, but gets in a bit of a pissing match with Uranus tomorrow morning, 8/3, a couple of hours before being exactly full, opposing the Leo Sun.

What does that gobble-de-gook mean?

Essentially, Luna is about to be center stage in her starring role as Full Moon. Right before she makes her entrance, the director tells her that she’s not very good in her role? WHAT?! That really pushes Luna to the edge. (That’s a square to Uranus.) The Diva makes her entrance in a *really* bad mood. Then she has to go through the whole Full Moon thing. Reviews are not likely to be good.

Are you familiar with Kate in Shakespeare’s “The Taming of the Shrew?” That’s our Aquarius Full Moon. Kate meets Petruchio who is supposed to tame her. That coincides with Luna sextiling Mars in Aries early Tuesday morning. Fuel to the lusty fire, so to speak. Then, lo and behold, they fall in love. Coincidentally, the Moon forms a sextile–a happy, supportive relationship–with Venus right before she enters Pisces. All’s well that ends well. 🙂
